最近ちょくちょくＴｅａｍ7043とはの質問が海外から寄せられます。

Team 7043 is a voluntary organization of which members are joined the emergency telegraphic communications at the time of the 3.11 big earthquake of Japan on the 11th March, 2011. JH3DMQ was started to call JA7 Area (Tohoku Region) at 7.043MHz as his voluntary spirits . The name is called TEAM 7043 (Total Emergency Amateur Mission of 7.043Mhz).
We are doing the Drill of Emergency Radio Communication, twice in a year, in March and September, covering all Japan, mainly using 7MHz for trans-Japan communications, and 144MHz and430 MHz for local communications. We are also using Digital mode, i.e., Wires and D-Star, which are also covering all JA area.
In Japan, they are almost 430,000 radio amateur stations are available and operating from almost cities, towns and villages. We are not familiar that how many radio amateur stations in your country, but we are suggest to establish a relationship for radio telecommunication as following process:
1.Making the radio voluntary organization at city, town or village level
2.Making the connection with neighborhood cities
3.Next to Area level then to country level Of course, we think the country level is handled by your country’s radio league.
Most important is collecting the member who are interested in emergency service and having good voluntary spirits, as well as doctors and government staff who have a radio amateur license if possible.
Of course, Japan Amateur Radio League (JARL) is the official team for Emergency service provider, but TEAM 7043 also cooperates with them to doing Emergency Communication training with them as a counterpart.
